When you stoke your inner light, you can dramatically shift your own energy as well as the collective energy around you.

Take a moment now and consider: What lights me up? Meditation and yoga? Dancing, singing, listening to music? Maybe you’re inspired by bright color, the smell of fresh flowers, or a quiet room to read or write. Or perhaps breathing fresh air or a walk with a trusted friend encourages your inner light to shine through? There’s no one thing that illuminates all, so tune into what lights and lifts you higher. Remember: You are your own energy source, so takes steps daily to recharge.
